Because items are made when you order, they generally ship within approximately 10-14 business days after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
All Sales are Final, returns are not accepted. No cash refunds. Please contact us via email if you encounter a defective or damaged product. Such items will be replaced with a like product and shipped free or a store credit will be issued. We cannot replace items or issue a store credit for any product due to dislike of the product or the chosen scent.
